Care Plans are similar to insurance for your website. By signing up to a care plan, our team are taking responsibility for everything from plugin licensing to malware removal.
To make sure that we’ll be able to meet your website needs, if your site has been built by someone other than us or you have not had an active care plan in the past 12 months we’ll need to conduct an audit before commencing your care plan unless otherwise agreed.

All prices exclude GST unless otherwise specified. Care plans are non-refundable, and paid 1 month in advance (e.g. payment on 1st January is for the period from the 1st January – 1st February) or for the following year for annual plans (e.g. 1st January 2022 for the year 2022). Care plans can be cancelled at any time with 14 days notice.
* On-demand support requests must be submitted via our email-based ticketing system. Standard support hours for non-critical requests are 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri.
** Plugins must be approved by our team to be covered by your care plan. Plugins used during a House Digital build will automatically be covered unless otherwise specified/discussed.
*** Content Management hours do not roll over to the next month. They may be used for training videos and/or minor updates such as changing text or images. Use of care plan hours for development work is at our discretion.
