Maximise the effectiveness of your usability testing by strategically preparing beforehand. This add-on helps refine your testing goals and identify potential quick wins before we put your website through the usability testing gauntlet.

What’s Included:

• 2-Hour Usability Planning Workshop: A dedicated online workshop where I’ll work with you to deeply understand your project, refine your research questions beyond the initial questionnaire, and develop more specific and impactful testing tasks. We’ll also deep dive into recruitment strategies, and identify any complimentary additional UX research methods that could assist with your overall research strategy.
• Preliminary UX Review & Recommendations: We’ll conduct an initial review of the pages that you plan on testing to identify any immediate “quick wins” or obvious pain points that could inform your research questions and testing scenarios. This will help to ensure your tests are focused on the most critical areas, and give you the opportunity to fix obvious bugs before the testing begins.
