Can I use block hours for project work?

Yes, however most project work is not quoted hourly. When using block hours for project work, the value that the block hours were purchased for is used to determine the credit against the project work. For example, if you purchased ten hours at $120/h and you have consumed five hours already, you will have $600 credit that you may use against fixed price project work.
