Let's get personal! How do you want your website to make people feel?
What words do you want to come to mind when people think about your brand? Safe? Excited? Exclusive and trendy? Relieved?
Who do you consider your competition? What are they doing that is working?
There is no such thing as 'no competition.' Even if you have a completely new product or service, you are still competing against alternatives, customer laziness, and the status quo. Who else is competing for the attention of your ideal website visitor?
I know you've been spying... (We've done it too!) Are there any other websites in particular that you love or hate? Why?

It looks like you've chosen a budget of less than $9000. If you're looking for a small portfolio website, this might be totally reasonable - however we generally don't take on many projects of this type as we primarily work with larger organisations and companies. Don't fear though! There are still plenty of ways we can help you because small businesses are super important and keep our economy alive.
